Overview
Established in 2015, the Department of Urology at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College & Hospital has grown into a high-volume tertiary referral center for comprehensive urological care. From paediatric to geriatric urology, the department performs a wide spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including complex endoscopic and minimally invasive surgeries. Functioning from the first floor of the Super Speciality Building, the department houses a 30-bedded dedicated urology ward, OPD suites, and day care procedure facilities. A full-time team of urologists, skilled technicians, and surgical residents provides services six days a week. In addition to general urology, specialty clinics cater to female urology, uro-oncology, and andrology.
