Overview

Established in 1991, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bharati Hospital is a full-spectrum center for women’s health. With 90 in-patient beds, a modern labor ward, HDU, infertility clinic, and advanced gynecology OT, the department provides seamless care—from antenatal checkups to complex oncologic surgeries.

Equipped with a robust simulation lab and high-end surgical setups, the department also excels in clinical training for undergraduate, postgraduate, fellowship, and FNB candidates. Subspecialties like reproductive medicine, gynecologic oncology, and critical care in obstetrics are supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure and an integrated academic ecosystem.

Through satellite-linked teaching, endoscopy units, IVF center, genetic clinic, and collaboration with tumor boards and radiotherapy units, the department embodies a multidisciplinary approach focused on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
